Facilitation
CLA meetings will be facilitated by Geoff Marlow, CEO of Aligned Agility Ltd. Geoff has 25 years experience as a consultant, coach, change catalyst and learning facilitator across the aerospace, automotive, biotech, chemicals, consumer products, energy, financial services, government agencies, healthcare, high-tech, IT, media, professional services, transport, and utilities sectors in Europe, Asia and North America.
Prior to setting up Aligned Agility in 2001 he was a Corporate Director with Arthur D. Little (ADL) – a 3,000+ person strong global professional services firm at the forefront of innovation and organisational learning. Before that he held positions with Cambridge Consultants, BBC Engineering and British Aerospace in design & development engineering, project management, group leadership, business development, leadership development, executive coaching, innovation consulting and team facilitation.

Geoff has an honours degree in Systems Engineering, is a Chartered Engineer (C Eng) and a Fellow of the Institution of Engineering and Technology (FIET). A skilled organisational learning practitioner, Geoff worked with Dr Peter Senge’s world-leading consulting team for several years following its merger with ADL in 1995. He is a qualified Appreciative Inquiry (AI) practitioner, trained by AI co-founder Jane Magruder Watkins. Geoff is also highly skilled in improving business performance using the Unwritten Rules of the Game approach developed by polymath and former colleague Dr Peter Scott-Morgan. He was trained and coached in Crucial Conversations, Crucial Confrontations and Silence Fails approaches by VitalSmarts CEO Andrew Shimberg. Geoff is a graduate of the Meyler Campbell Business Coach Programme, accredited by the WABC – the only global coaching accreditation body that focuses 100% on business coaching.
From 2003 to 2007 he was also Programme Director and Learning Facilitator for The Concours Group's flagship Living Strategy and HR Directors leadership and learning membership programmes.
